These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of e.SCALEX ("the Service"), an AI automation platform that connects to e-commerce stores (such as YouCan) and WhatsApp Business to automate customer messaging and order confirmation. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
e.SCALEX lets a store owner connect their store via authorized OAuth access, automatically builds an AI assistant from the store's catalogue, and sends order-related messages to the store's customers over WhatsApp. The store owner authorizes all access; e.SCALEX acts on the store owner's behalf.
You must connect your own store and your own WhatsApp Business assets, or assets you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for complying with WhatsApp's and the e-commerce platform's policies.
e.SCALEX processes store data (products, prices, stock, shipping, orders) and customer contact details solely to operate the assistant and send order confirmations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service integrates with Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), e-commerce platforms (e.g. YouCan), and AI providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, e.SCALEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may disconnect your store and WhatsApp assets at any time, which stops all processing. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
